Account Manager
Join our rapidly growing team of landscape professionals as an Account Manager. We value hard work and initiative, offer competitive compensation, and provide a supportive work environment. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Project Manager - Site Construction
The Project Manager is responsible for managing up to 10-12 projects at any one time, including scheduling the Enhancement crew staff, and managing materials and subcontractors. PMs are required to meet budgets, managing time and safety, and ensuring the quality of the project.
Crew Leader - Maintenance
Oversee 2-5 crew members. Transport truck, trailer, equipment, and crew to project sites. Duties include: mowing, trimming, blowing, pruning, mulching, edging, and leaf clean-up. Effective use of gas/electric Zero-Turn mowers, trimmer, backpack and handheld equipment and pruning tools. Lead and practice safe and considerate maintenance services.
Crew Member - Maintenance
Follow instructions from Crew Lead. Duties include: mowing, trimming, blowing, pruning, mulching, and leaf clean-up. Effective use of gas/electric Zero-Turn mowers, trimmer, backpack and handheld equipment and pruning tools.
Crew Leader - Landscape
Oversee 2-5 crew members. Direct, assist, transport, and supervise crew members and equipment to the work site. Installation of lawns, flower beds, trees/bushes. Install masonry stone, pavers, retaining walls, and hardscapes. Keep the work site clean and safe and meet deadlines.
Crew Member - Landscape
Follow instructions from Crew Lead. Install turf, shrubs, trees, retaining walls, rock and stone bedding, mulch, and edging. Effective use of several hand tools.
Spray Technician
Properly mix and apply herbicides, fungicides, or insecticides to lawns, trees, and shrubs. Effectively transport and operate motorized machinery for spraying. Practice safe and considerate application standards and meet deadlines. Must be licensed in the state of Iowa.
Operations Manager
Productive workforce and project planning/scheduling. Maintain accurate records, establish positive relationships with customers, vendors, service partners and staff. Promote a safety culture. Manage and maintain production standards to ensure high quality. Previous management experience recommended.
