As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The Project Manager is responsible for managing up to 10-12 projects at any one time, including scheduling the Enhancement crew staff, and managing materials and subcontractors. PMs are required to meet budgets, managing time and safety, and ensuring the quality of the project.
Oversee 2-5 crew members. Transport truck, trailer, equipment, and crew to project sites. Duties include: mowing, trimming, blowing, pruning, mulching, edging, and leaf clean-up. Effective use of gas/electric Zero-Turn mowers, trimmer, backpack and handheld equipment and pruning tools. Lead and practice safe and considerate maintenance services.

Properly mix and apply herbicides, fungicides, or insecticides to lawns, trees, and shrubs. Effectively transport and operate motorized machinery for spraying. Practice safe and considerate application standards and meet deadlines. Must be licensed in the state of Iowa.
Productive workforce and project planning/scheduling. Maintain accurate records, establish positive relationships with customers, vendors, service partners and staff. Promote a safety culture. Manage and maintain production standards to ensure high quality. Previous management experience recommended.
