Sustainable Sites is looking for an experienced Mow Foreman to lead a mowing/maintenance crew. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in safety, quality, and

possesses strong training skills.

Location: Des Moines

Schedule: Monday–Saturday

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Lead and manage a mowing/maintenance crew
• Run daily routes safely and efficiently
• Mow, trim, and edge commercial properties
• Train crew members and teach quality standards
• Communicate with management and customers in timely manner
• Oversee basic equipment care and maintenance

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Mowing/landscape experience required
• Foreman or leadership experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
